Frequently Asked Questions

Most of the questions below were asked by people wanting further information before coming to the club.  Please feel free to let us know if there are any questions you would like us to add or answers you would like us to reconsider.  Infinity Cape Town's Code of Conduct is based upon feedback received by our guests and as such we are always open to suggestions and feedback for improvement.

How do I book for an event Infinity Cape Town?

Your spot for an event is only confirmed once you have paid.  You can book online by going to our Event's Page and selecting GET TICKETS  under the event you are wanting to attend.  

How many people will be at the event?

Recently we have sold out al all of our events.  The max no at our events is typically 50.

What amenities does Infinity Cape Town offer in the rooms?

Every guest is provided with a towel on request.  You may swap that towel out for a clean one as many times as you want.  All rooms have condoms and clean linens.  We have a shower with shower gel for everyone to use.  Please leave the bathroom as you found it.  Should there not be any shower gel or if the bathroom is not clean please inform one of the Infinity Cape Town Team so we can correct this issue as quickly as possible.  Bins are provided in all of the rooms for you to dispose of your condoms.  Please use them!

Do I need to change the bed linens after I use the room?

During parties we ask guests to change the bed linens after use.  Dirty linen should be put in the laundry baskets provided in each room.  Clean linen is available, please ask one of the friendly Infinity Cape Town team.  Should you not want to perform this task you are welcome to ask one of the team to do it for you at an additional cost of R100 for the cleaning fee. If you rent the room during other operation hours you do not need to change the linen as the linen change is included in the room rental amount.

What should I know before attending a Play Party?

Make sure you are familiar with the Club Code of Conduct and have read the Terms of Service. When you attend one of our events you agree to abide by the Club Code of Conduct and agree to our Terms of Service.  If you have any questions at all send an email to info@infinitycapetown.com.  The most important thing to remember is that when you come into the club you leave your biases and judgement outside.  Treat everyone with respect and it will be returned.  If you have any issues during a party please inform one of the Infinity  Cape Town Team.

Many of Infinity's Event tickets are determined by Gender,  Why is this?  What rate do Non Binary or Trans People Pay? What is a couple for Infinity Event Tickets?

Infinity caters to people of all genders but our events are mostly targeted towards swingers and as such we use a standard of using gender to determine our ticket prices. If you are non binary we ask you to please pay the rate of your Cis Gender.  If you are trans we ask you to pay the rate of the gender you identify as. It does not matter what gender you are or identify as.  Any combination is welcome  to pay a couple rate at Infinity Events. We trust our members to represent themselves in an honest way.

Will I be safe at Infinity Cape Town?

The safety of all of our guests are very important to us and as such we have taken the following steps to ensure this:

  • Armed Security at all our play parties and meet and greets

  • Infinity Cape Town Team has a panic button which will alert the 24/7 Security Company who's offices are less than a block away should we have any issues.

  • The only doors in the venue that have keys are the bathrooms

  • Most importantly the security lies with each of the adults that come to our venue.  If you see something that you feel is a security concern report it to the team.  Don't be afraid to talk to us if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable. Follow the Club's Code of Conduct and Room Rules which are posted on every door and around the venue.  If you see something...Say something.

 

Will people be drinking?

We are a club for adults where adult activities occur that require consent.  There will be people drinking alcohol but Infinity Cape Town does not tolerate drunken behavior and will follow our policies around activities being Safe, Sane and Consensual.  Should someone drink excessively and is no longer in a position to consent they will not be allowed to participate and may be asked to leave.

Will people be dancing?

While the club does not have a dance floor we do encourage everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves.  Should you want to dance you are welcome to do so.

Is it like a bar/pub/club but with bedrooms for horny people.

Infinity Cape Town is a social venue for adults in an alternative lifestyle of sexual exploration.  We have 7 airconditioned playrooms some of which have specialized fetish equipment and some that have beds and could be viewed as bedrooms.  What consenting adults do in the playrooms is not for the Infinity Cape Town Team to comment on or judge.

I am a single guy/girl (or couple) will I be welcome?

All of the above variations are welcome!

I am looking for a guy/girl (or couple) (or bisexuals or transexuals or anything) Will I find that?

Infinity Cape Town welcomes individuals of all genders and orientations. Racism, sexism, ableism, xenophobia, homophobia, or transphobia will not be tolerated!

If someone approaches me can I say no?  Will they be offended?

Infinity Cape Town upholds all local and international rules and protocols regarding S.S.C (safe, sane, and consensual) play.  The key word to pay attention to is consensual! If you are asked to engage in a play that you do not want to you can and should say no.  If you feel that the person you have turned down is reacting in a negative way please bring it to the attention of the Infinity Cape Town Team.  No one is under any obligation to engage in any type of play they are not comfortable with.

I am shy do I have to be naked in front of everyone?

You should only be naked if you are comfortable doing so.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Infinity Cape Town does not have a liquor license so you are welcome to bring your own drinks.

What does the lowest cover charge of all Cape Town lifestyle clubs get you?

Infinity Cape Town is a social venue for adults in an alternative lifestyle of sexual exploration. We want to ensure that you have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for you to pursue these activities.  When deciding the cover charge for an event, Infinity Cape Town ensures that we have sufficient security for each guest, their personal belongings, and vehicles.  We ensure that there is always sufficient clean laundry such as bed linens and towels available at the venue to be changed after every play session. Female and male condoms are also provided. All the bathroom facilities are kept clean and stocked with all necessary toiletries to ensure your comfort.  We provide clean glasses, crockery, cutlery, and serviettes.  We also provide wood for the fire and ice.  Play equipment is sanitized and prepped before each party.  The venue is cleaned according to strict Covid Protocols to ensure guest's safety. We provide music and entertainment at many of our events.  Most importantly, our staff and experienced members provide expertise, guidance, and work as a team to ensure that we provide everything you.  need for a fun, stress free time at our club

 

How do I book a Massage?

Contact the club via WhatsApp or Telegram on +27 836006703 or send us an email at info@infinitycapetown.co.za  Be sure to include your name, date and time you would like an appointment and what type of massage you would like.  Currently Alex and Alexa Grey are available weekend evenings and most weekends.  Annabella is available days and evenings.  Please try to schedule your massage at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being disappointed.

What does BDSM mean?

BDSM stands for 'bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism and masochism', and the acronym has largely replaced the earlier term 'sadomasochism' - An interesting article to read here.
